This building was constructed using lightweight construction due to poor geotechnical ground conditions and uses KLH® – CLT as the floor and primary wall construction, minimising deflections and eliminating the need for secondary construction. KLH® – CLT remains exposed internally to improve vapour permeability and maintain the attractive finish.
