Project Info

The Hoevelaar project in Woudenberg comprises ten social housing units that combine affordable housing with short construction times. The compact terraced houses were built using KLH® – CLT timber construction and provide a well-designed living environment for one to two people within 63 m² of living space. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication, the buildings were completed in just three months. Special consideration was given to the selection of materials. In addition, the modular design allows the buildings to be adapted flexibly to future requirements. The project demonstrates an innovative approach to social housing in the Netherlands.
