Project Info

The Ajolotario is a circular viewing platform made of KLH® – CLT and concrete, surrounded by a marshy environment. The ring-shaped structure is connected to the shore via a footbridge. A green roof made of KLH® elements and a ramp leading around the central garden allow visitors to observe native amphibians. The offcuts were used to make furniture, which emphasises the sustainable use of resources.
