The eight-storey residential building, with a concrete ground floor and seven upper floors constructed using modern timber construction methods, is a striking feature of the Poblenou district. A total of 42 high-quality apartments are being built, which blend harmoniously into the urban environment. The load-bearing structure made of prefabricated KLH® – CLT elements enables efficient assembly and gives the project a high degree of structural precision. Visible wood in the interior creates a warm, natural atmosphere and underlines the demand for contemporary living quality.
