INSPIRE serves as a prime example of how contemporary office architecture can be reimagined through the targeted use of timber construction and a consistently sustainable building approach. The seven-storey building, which houses office and service spaces, is designed as a hybrid structure combining a reinforced concrete base with an overlying timber load-bearing structure.
