Our Environmental Product Declaration with the declaration number EPD-KLH-20190027-ICA1-DE conveys all relevant environmental impacts of the KLH solid wood panels and outlines these in a transparent, independent and comprehensible way. It is based on well-founded data and thus forms an important basis for an ecological building assessment and the calculation of an ecological footprint.

EPDs are based on international standards and make an important contribution to sustainable building. They contain information on the functional and technical properties of a product. The entire life cycle of KLH® elements are taken into account – the raw material, production, transport to the construction site, installation, but also recycling or disposal once the building is no longer in use.
